bearing manufacturers since 2002, and we pride ourselves in
the quality of our products.
We are a joint venture between China WD BEARINGS &
Korea
JIB BEARINGS, equipped with Korean high technology & Chinese
low labor cost.
We believe that our high-quality rings can help you in
reducing the cost in the ring grinding process. Since our
quality Insurance includes:

ISO9001 quality control system;
2.
Advanced inspection devices including not only normal
inspecting devices, but also profile, projection,
end-measuring machines, magnetic crack-detector, etc;
3.
Strict control on the raw material, including hardness and
microstructure analysis. The raw material control is done on
every lot, and can be tracked from our record.
4.
Special heat treatment process is available. Super-frequency anneal is
adopted in the inductive heat on the inner ring of unit ball
bearings, and then 100% torque testing with a norm of
tensile strength same as NSK.
Production range: rings for deep groove ball bearing, unit
ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, wheel hub
bearings, etc.
From size 10mm I.D to 300mm O.D.
Production Capability：500, 000 sets per month. Our equipments including 3 connected
production lines from Korea (for size 210-218);
1 cold rolling line made in Japan (for size 210-212 outer
rings); 4 sets of CNC lathers, around 100 sets of domestic
bench lathers and automatic hydraulic lathers.
